Unfortunately some of this doesn’t seem to be terribly accurate… The site is dramatically understating Twin Cities inventory… according to MAAR there are close to 34,000 listings in the metro area.
The median asking price they note sounds right since MAAR reports that homes are receiving 94% of list price and they are reporting $225,000 as the median sales price (which is 94% of $239,900).
