Believe it or not, real estate commissions are on the rise nationally according to CNN Money.

In the Twin Cities, that vast majority of listings are 6% which is already higher than the national average.  I can’t see real estate commissions going higher here.

The demise of the highly tauted and much publicized discounter, Foxtons lends some credence that sellers will need someone with staying power to help them sell in this market.
