This is a great list of essentially what’s hot and what’s not with home buyers in 2007-2008.
Clearly the move toward smaller houses with finer quality is a trend shift that I believe will be us for many, many years as the mortgage market reforms itself and as the X and Y generation move up. Â Buyers who are in their 20′s – 40′s tend not to have as many children as the previous generations did so they don’t have the need for as large of house.
