Foxberry Farms was one of the first large suburban developments in Medina.  It has about 130 homes and was built by Lundgren Brothers Construction prior to them being purchased by Lennar.  The neighborhood has a small park, tennis courts and is surrounded by natural beauty with Lake Medina to the west.  Most of the homes range in price from $500,000 to $1,000,000 and are between 2500 finished square feet and 6000 finished square feet.  The lots are large with the smallest being about 2/3rds of an acre.  Many lots are over 1 acre.  It was built between 1995-2000.
