Just a reminder that the City of Medina, MN is holding its annual Truth-in-Taxation hearing next week, December 8th at City Hall.  The hearing begins at 6:30pm – 2052 County Road 24, Medina – 763-473-4643.
Assessments seem to be high to me, but I think it’s unlikely you will be able to get your taxes reduced unless you just purchased a home significantly under the tax assessed value.

Medina home prices are down between 10-15% according to both the Case-Shiller Index as well as the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.  Both those charts are below:
