Below is a graphical display of closed homes sales data based upon total finished square feet. I have broken out the difference between homes with finished basement and those that didn’t have finished basements.
There continues to be a consistent decline in prices since 2006. In fact, the average sales price in 2009 for Foxberry Farms is now $604,000. (November 25, 2009 – new post to reflect a new data point. Average sales price in 2009 is now $590,000. There are currently 6 Medina Highlands luxury townhomes for sale ranging in price from $435,500 to $589,000. So far 2 Medina Highlands townhomes have sold in 2009. One sold for $429,900 and the other sold for $497,500. The former was a bank owned property.
