The new construction housing market is booming in northwestern Plymouth, MN Below is a link to a driving video I did yesterday to show some of the development happening in Plymouth, MN. This video is in part of the Woodcrest neighborhood as well as Spring Meadows.
Woodcrest has been built over the past couple of years. The homes there tend to range from about $500k – $700k generally. The development is nearly completed.
Spring Meadows has been underway for the past year and is seeing a lot of success. Homes in this development are usually highly customized and range in price from $550k to $850k….some might go a little higher after they are done with all the upgrades.
Both of these neighborhoods are located adjacent to Vicksburg Lane – north of Schmidt Lake Road and south of County Road 47 (Hackamore).
