Plymouth, MN seems to be performing better than some of the other areas in the Twin Cities area. The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors just published the latest home sales data for Plymouth as well as 200 other communities in the Twin Cities. The data is through the month of June 2011 so we have a complete look at the first half of the year.
Plymouth, MN Home Sales Stats:
- New listings: -3.8%
- Closed Sales: -6.6%
- Median Home Price: – 5.1% to $237,750 down from $250,000
- Average Home Price: + 3.7% to $291,395 up from $280,963
- Average Price per square foot: – 5.2% to $147 from $155
- Days on Market until Sale: 130 – this is up from 114 last year at this time.
